- Danielle Foster Review added: 2018.01.04★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Called to get fence paint today. On arriving the female member of staff approached and asked if I needed help. Told her I was looking fence paint and she give me her "professional" advice. So I bought the fence paint. On getting home I realised that it was fence stainer so I went to return it as it was not paint. On asking for my money back she asked me for my receipt. However, she did not give me one. I explained this and she continued to say that all she could do is a credit note as I did not have a receipt. She went on to say that 99% of people who come in looking for fence paint aren't looking for paint but stainer... Whatttt!!! No no I'm looking for paint. She refused to do anything and it was her mistake. This is a disgrace, poor customer service and apparently staff know better in what the customer wants than the customer.
